STATE Design's Animated Statement Video Celebrates Company's New Direction & Renewed Spirit

STATE Design is celebrating its third year with a new space and website. The company also debuted a brilliantly animated statement video that expresses the STATE culture in the way they know best: impactive storytelling, visual artistry, and playful voiceover.

For State's second anniversary and website relaunch we were challenged to tell what the studio is all about in a short and sweet piece. Under Marcel's direction I had the opportunity to design and lead the animation for the 3D bits of the project. I had a blast and the tone of the spot allowed us to experiment with a plethora of styles and techniques. Since launching in 2014, the studio has produced work for such clients as Amazon, NFL Network, Nickelodeon, IFC, ESPN, and FS1.
